- Delivery within the UK is by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Delivery will normally take 2 to 4 working days from the date of your order. If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.

- Returns & Replacements
- We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery to return products to us. This provides an insured method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature. No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us. All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt. We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by our technicians. When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details.
