Shipping costs are calculated on weight. Shipping costs include processing, packaging and shipping costs and are based on UK shipping only.

Shipping & Delivery Policy


Delivery within the UK is by Parcelforce or Royal Mail. Delivery will normally take 2 to 4 working days from the date of your order. If we cannot fulfil or deliver your order within these times or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.
We will also give you an expected delivery date and allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
Shipping is only available to UK Mainland.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy


Returns


We recommend the use of Royal Mail Special Delivery to return products to us. This provides an insured method of carriage with tracking and destination receipt signature.
No responsibility or refund can be made for items lost or stolen whilst in transit to us.
All returns are usually processed within 72 hours of receipt.
We will only accept returned products that have been authorized for return by our technicians.
When Returning your product please include full details of the fault and full contact details.

Refunds


Due to the nature of the products we sell, South West All Scenario Paintball (Swasp) does not offer a refunds on markers or air/co2 systems.

For a refund on other unused items send the items back to us at the address above.

Non-Faulty Goods. Under the Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return your goods for a full refund as long as you notify us within 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods. Used markers are non-refundable, unless it is found to be faulty. You will need to call us for an authorisation number for a return.

Order Errors (yours)

In the unlikely event that you have ordered items you did not want, and have not been in touch before they are picked and dispatched, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee

In the unlikely event that the goods you have received do not reflect your order, please accept our immediate apologies and allow us to correct the situation. Please contact us so that we can arrange for the correct products to be sent to you.

If you suspect that your pre-packaged goods have missing or incorrect items please contact us.


Damaged in Transit.

If you suspect your product to have been damaged in transit please contact us so that we can arrange a replacement.


Warranty Repair.

If you suspect your product to be faulty within its warranty period please call us to arrange a warranty repair.


Non-Faulty Goods.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel your order or to check the status of your order please call us.

Ordering


Goods remain our property until paid for in full. If your issuing bank declines your credit card or cheque payment, either before or after the despatch of goods, we will treat the order as cancelled. If the goods have been despatched we may require you to return the goods to us within 7 days or require you to pay in full by satisfactory means within 7 days. 
In the event that any amounts become due (missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs and dishonoured cheques) we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent.  Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility.
We aim to give the most accurate and up to date information available when taking telephone orders, however we cannot guarantee and be held responsible for any claim resulting from the accuracy of the information supplied. Product specifications may change without prior notice. We may record all telephone conversations for confirmation and training purposes.

Governing Law and Contract Information

No contract will exist between you and South West All Scenario Paintball (Swasp) for the sale of any product unless and until your order has been shipped and until then the right is reserved to decline your order. These contracts do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
If any part of our terms and conditions is determined by a UK court to be invalid, illegal, void or otherwise unenforceable under any current or future law, the remainder of our terms and conditions shall not be affected thereby.
